Ragsdale High School swim and dive started their regional championship on Thursday. With the Regional Dive competition on Thursday morning and the swimming championship on Saturday afternoon at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

The finals for dive took place earlier today. The winner of the 4A Regional Championship was our very own, junior Bayleigh Cranford. Bayleigh put on an amazing  performance and scored 442.40 after 11 dives.  

Head Swim Coach Suzanne Ladka shared these comments earlier this year about Bayleigh:  Watching Bayleigh dive at the Robert Sawyer Invitational was no less than mesmerizing. As the dives got progressively more difficult Bayleigh became more spectacular.  Her twists were incredible to watch.  I cannot wait to see what she accomplishes at Regionals and States this year.  If you get the opportunity to come out to a meet I promise you will not be disappointed. We cannot take credit for her accomplishments, but we love that she is part of our team.
