We are pleased to inform you that Ragsdale High School is making the Core Course GPA Calculator, a web-based interactive tool, available to all Ragsdale High School student-athletes and their parents/guardians free of charge.  This program can be utilized by every student and parent to easily track student's progress towards meeting educational goals.

If your child has aspirations of competing athletically as a freshman at an NCAA Division I or Division II school, they must meet NCAA Initial-Eligibility minimum standards, including core course GPA and SAT/ACT test score requirements.  The Core Course GPA Calculator is an innovative tool that allows you to easily track your son or daughter’s progress towards meeting these requirements, beginning as soon as their first semester of their freshman year.

About CoreCourseGPA:

CoreCourseGPA.com is web-based software that allows school counselors, coaches, parents and student-athletes to easily track a student-athlete's progress towards meeting NCAA Eligibility Center requirements (formerly NCAA Initial-Eligibility Clearinghouse) for both Division I and Division II.

CoreCourseGPA.com generates a detailed "Initial-Eligibility Status Report" which provides the student/parent, coach or counselor with both the Division I and Division II core course GPA as well as corresponding minimum required SAT and ACT scores and a complete listing of the number of core course credits satisfied and the number to be completed.

CoreCourseGPA.com manages the varying NCAA initial-eligibility standards for each graduating class, including the Division I changes for the class of 2016 and the Division II changes for the class of 2018.
